I recently booked my trip to Himachal Pradesh through nest camper, and I must say it was an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. The efficiency and professional competence of My Friend Mr Hirak Das and his team were quite conspicuous. All the hiccups enroute were managed with ease by the team. The driver, Mr Sachin Kumar, was quite disciplined and takes you to every single place that he can within the time frame that you suggest him. Looking forward to having similar trips in the future. I booked my Sikkim trip through Nest Camper for three people, and we were charged ₹65,000 for the package. At the time of booking, we were clearly promised accommodation in 3-star hotels. However, the stay provided did not meet even basic 3-star standards. For clarity, a genuine 3-star hotel typically includes: • Clean and properly maintained rooms • A functioning TV • Clean towels and basic toiletries (soap/handwash) • Proper hot water facility (working geyser) • Hygienic bathrooms without leakage issues • Basic service standards • WiFi facility (especially in tourist areas) Unfortunately, during our stay: • The TV was not working. • Towels were not provided. • No handwash or toiletries were available. • The geyser was not functioning properly. • Bathroom taps were leaking. • In Lachung, there was no WiFi and the TV was also not working. For ₹65,000 for three people, this level of accommodation is unacceptable and misleading. If basic amenities are missing, it cannot be called a 3-star stay. Accommodation is a major part of any trip, and such misrepresentation seriously affects the overall experience. I would strongly advise future travelers to verify hotel names and amenities in writing before booking through this agency. Very disappointed with the false commitment and poor service quality.
