Theater was great. Amazing Ambience. Good Screen, seating and sound systems. The Cinema hall also has history, it was one of the first theater in entire Northeast India.

Very disappointing experience. The side wall design is highly distracting while watching the movie, especially since it remains clearly visible during the screening. It breaks the immersive cinema experience. Sound quality is also below expectations. It does not feel like a signature cinema sound system—the audio feels uneven and somewhat broken at times. Overall, this setup seriously affects movie enjoyment. Management should improve both the interior design visibility and sound quality.

The renewed Kelvin Gold Cinema is great for people residing in Fancy Bazar and nearby areas. The food is tasty and affordable compared to other cinema halls. Parking is a plus point. Great screen, audio, seats and clean bathroom.

Good ambience. Good sound and image quality. You can have some snacks without donating your kidneys as in other movie theatres. Lot of parking space.

Today I visited Kelvin Cinema, Fancy Market, Guwahati to watch Dhurandhar movie. Unfortunately, I lost my power bank inside the theatre. I tried to search near my seat but there was no proper help or guidance from the staff. One female staff member behaved very rudely and kept saying “jaldi kijiye, gate bandh karna hai” instead of helping. Because of this rude behavior, I was forced to leave without properly checking my belongings. I also tried to find a contact number to report the lost item but couldn’t find any. A cinema should be more supportive and polite towards customers, especially in such situations. I request the management to please look into this matter and improve staff behavior and customer support.

Veary bad experience I m visit 25 minutes aarive first . But security gurd don’t entar waiting area … and staf not helpful.. don’t visit next time … I watiing lift area 25 minutes
