One of the oldest Domestic Gas Agencies in Guwahati never fails to disappoint with their services. Home delivery takes around 15 hours after booking, so I don't have to wait in a long queue. Bhabin Das the home delivery person is also very helpful and professional and provides good service.

Extremely well Spoken Staff. Durlabh Kalita Dada and manager paresh nath have always been very helpful. I wanted a gas connection and he suggested I wait for 2-3 days and then take the concealed gas cylinders with zero leakage. They don't give a home delivery which is major concern. Hence I am getting my connection transferred back to Pune since it's hard to live in Guwahati uzan bazar with frequent power cuts , internet bandwidth issues and with issues getting the basic amenities.. Overall Technico is much better than all the other gas agencies in uzan bazar .

The workers and the manager here ate definitely upto something. Extreme leakage in gases which they refuse to acknowledge and at the end the guy says "gas leak does happen a little bit can't help it ". Are they out of their minds ? It's not only coning people but it's a serious safety hazard.

Its two weeks today(1/5/2022) when i booked for a refill cylinder(domestic). Despite vouchers being generated three times the agency did not find it necessary to provide for the refill. Can anyone out there suggest a way to wake up the agency from its slumber?

The sub agencies under technico provides worst seevice specially the one near chandmari police station. I was unable to get a cylinder even after 4 tries and inspite of having done online registration and even the attendent told me to come one day after another but when i got there with my empty cylinder he says that on that day gas will mot be available and one or two excuses. Totally dissatisfied the agency should monitor these activities which causes much inconvinience to customers

It was a good experience to get my gas on transfer. Most professionally done. The whole process was over in 30 minutes and the staff were most respectful. Well done.

Oldest LPG distributor of Guwahati and probably 2nd in the region. They are serving thousands of consumer over several decades successfully .

LPG Gas distributor Average service... Don't expect timely home deliveries unless you are ready to pay a little extra to the delivery man.
