Galleria Cinemas Guwahati

Recently visited Gallaria Hall for a movie, and it was a great experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a professional atmosphere. The staff were courteous, and the overall ambiance made the visit really enjoyable. Definitely a good spot for a comfortable movie outing.

Overall experience is good, management and staffs are helpful. Easy access to all floors direct by lift. The hall is less specious, and business class seats do not have any difference than other seats, but only there in a seperated row in upper area with a good visibility to the screen. Sound quality could be better

Watched Roi Roi Binale here. The theatre is clean, tidy, and the washrooms are well maintained, which is a big plus. However, the seats are average and the sound quality is below average, which affects the overall movie experience. One good thing is that the food prices are very economical compared to other cinemas in Guwahati — definitely pocket-friendly. A decent option if you’re looking for a budget movie outing.

The old Fun cinema becomes Galleria I guess. Overall good experience. Visited after many years and it was satisfactory. Washrooms were clean and well maintained. Auditorium was clean . Inside food was nice and affordable.

Surprised by the upkeep of the place. Actually had a good time. The counter staff were polite and had our orders delivered and the seats were actually good. I think they renovated the whole thing. Food options were reasonable too. And popcorn was tasty and crunchy. So brownie points for that. If the location wasn't this bad, I would have gone there more often.

The screen brightness has improved. My last movie here was a horrible experience with low light and good sound... but today's experience is really happy one. Should check this hall 👍

Visiting this movie theater again after a long long time. However, the service is no longer the same. The seats are old and looked dirty. Business class didn't seem well kept. Seat sides were rusty. Seats were not vacuumed properly as well. The stairs corner and outside wall corner had spit stains. Very little food options as well. Can go just for the movie NOT for the overall experience.

Dear Management, I recently visited Galleria Cinemas Guwahati, to watch a movie. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience due to the poor sound quality inside the theater. The audio was not as comfortable or immersive as expected. Moreover, during the screening, there was continuous noise from what seemed like drilling or construction work happening nearby. This greatly affected the viewing experience and made it difficult to focus on the film. It is quite surprising that such construction work was allowed during show timings, which raises concerns about management and customer comfort.
